Anderson Valley The Kimmie, The Yink & The Holy Gose

Anderson Valley The Kimmie, The Yink & The Holy Gose has an assertive lemony tartness

A little-known beer style, the German Gose (pronounced goes-uh) was first introduced in the 16th century.

Utilizing ingredients like salted water, coriander, hops, brewer's yeast and the souring agent lactobacillus, this uncommon wheat ale doesn't need to be strong (it's only 4.2 percent ABV) to pack a tart, salty punch. One of the first Gose to be packaged in a can, its assertive lemony tartness dominates the flavor and an effervescent dry sourness pervades through the finish.
