Flying Fish OktoberFish

Flying Fish OktoberFish has aromas of biscuit and toasted malt

This seasonal was first released in 2002, and after selling out in two weeks, it became a yearly tradition.

Its nod to the classic fest styles of Germany is legitimized by the use of European Weyermanns Munich, Dingemans Aromatic, Dingemans Debittered Black and Two-Row Pale malts, along with Dusseldorf Alt yeast. It pours a reddish orange color with a slight white head, tendering aromas of biscuit and toasted malt that are backed up with flavors of the same. This easy drinking brew is available from September 1 to November 1 only.
