In this case, size matters. The cidery selects smaller organic apples, which it claims are more intensely flavored. Introduced in 2013, The Hatchet features both sweet and tart apple varietals, resulting in a slightly tart aroma with a vibrant flavor that is accentuated by medium carbonation.
