Tête de Cuvée
Champagne Jacquart was started in 1962 by a small group of winegrowers in the Champagne region who wanted to build their own sustainable business instead of supplying the Grande Marque houses.
It has now expanded to 1,800 winegrowers throughout the region. The 2006 Cuvée Alpha owes the potency of its Pinot Noir essence to Grand Cru vineyards in Montagne de Reims and the freshness of its Chardonnay to Premier Cru vineyards in Villers-Marmery and Trepail. It offers flavors of honeysuckle, lime and buttercup with hints of licorice and black pepper leaving a velvety finish.
