Henriot has been at it since 1808, and it's one of the last continuously family owned and operated Champagne houses.
The wine is composed of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims (with a scooch of Pinot Meunier); the Brut Souverain strikes a fine balance between crisp acidity and vanilla-tinged sweetness. It finishes clean with refreshing citrus aromas and there’s a maturity to it that belies its non-vintage status.
