International Pinot Noir Celebration
World-renowned winemakers, northwest chefs and appreciators of fine cuisine and spirits gather for a three-day weekend at McMinnville.
Guests will learn about and drink their fill of Pinot Noir through informative notables such as wine legend Jancis Robinson, alongside appetizing chef-prepared meals, grand tastings and relaxing vineyard visits. The full weekend pass gives guests access to featured events such as the Northwest Salmon Bake. The IPNC is renowned for its farm-to-table cuisine highlighting foods of the Northwest. This year, more than 60 chefs from the region’s most famed restaurants will showcase their gourmet offerings throughout the weekend. The Passport to Pinot, a separate ticketed event, is an outdoor tasting featuring more than 70 wineries.
