A boutique hotel adorned with quaint drawings and sculptures.
Near the Jardin du Luxembourg, this arty hotel pays tribute to the famous painters who came there back in the day, such as Picasso, Modigliani and Foujita. Painted white bodies from Jérôme Mesnager can be seen throughout the location, from the walls in the rooms to the courtyard and even the façade; as well, there are sculptures by Sophie de Watrigant. The screening room is furnished with red banquettes for watching videos, and in the tea room guests can leaf through a collection of art books. The twenty fully-equipped accommodations are done up in four styles: the Man Ray with dark furniture and black moldings, the Comedienne with a headboard upholstered in red velvet, the Parisienne with a tiny alcove and the Ruhlmann with an Art Deco style.
