A cool, contemporary, and centrally located establishment, housed in a historic building.
Clean, minimalist, and modern, the NH Centro Historico is a sleek but reasonably priced hotel, located inside a unique, early twentieth-century building near Mexico City's central square. Part of the Spanish-owned NH Hoteles group, this establishment adheres to their focus on the business traveler. However, the modern style, economical price tag, and excellent location make this hotel a good choice for many visitors to Mexico City. Rooms are not particularly large but they are clean, modern, and equipped with air conditioning, televisions, coffee makers, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. In addition to standard rooms, larger suites are located within the hotel's unique curved corner, giving them both an unusual shape and plenty of natural light. The hotel maintains eleven fully-equipped meeting rooms, and guests have access to wireless Internet, laundry service, a business center, and a range of other executive amenities. Located on a busy street just a few blocks from the Zocalo, soundproofed windows protect visitors from unwanted noise. The bar in the lobby is modern and attractive, though the adjacent Starbucks coffee draws bigger crowds.
