Historic accommodations near all of Monterey's finest attractions.
This adobe home was built in 1830 and has operated as a bed-and-breakfast since 1979. It serves downtown Monterey well, located just blocks from Alvarado Street where activity bustles, especially on Farmer's Market days. As well, Fisherman's Wharf sits just a short stroll away, and for walkers and bikers, the Monterey Bay Aquarium beckons along Cannery Row, also walkable. The friendly folks at the front desk will be happy to mark up an area map so you can plan your afternoon sojourn. Three suites are located in the main house, and 22 rooms are in separate buildings that surround the private garden. All of the Victorian-style accommodations come furnished with fireplaces, small refrigerators and private bathrooms. Modern amenities, such as complimentary high-speed Internet access, are available. All guests receive complimentary breakfast daily.
