Guests can walk to Disneyland from this convenient chain hotel.
Only a ten-minute walk to Disneyland and adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center, this superbly located chain hotel also offers tram service to the park for a small fee. Its pool and modest fitness center are welcome extras, and Red’s Pasta Kitchen, the on-site restaurant, provides a family-friendly dining option if you want to stay away from the bevy of nearby chains. Convenience aside, the hotel has a decidedly early 1970’s flair that some may not find appealing, from the basic no-frills lobby with dark leather sofas and marble floors to guest rooms featuring bright orange accents to offset its dark woods and red fabrics. Some of the 310 rooms have views of Disneyland, and all include typical amenities like a TV, coffee maker and hair dryer. Four meeting rooms accommodate 300 people and can be rented alone or with full catering and audio-visual support.
