A great location at a great value for downtown tourists.
A location on Grand Avenue makes this hotel hard to beat for those who want easy access to Chicago’s most popular attractions. One block east, for instance, is the Magnificent Mile, and just beyond that Navy Pier. Just a couple blocks south, meanwhile, are the Chicago River, the State Street shopping district --- home to the landmark Chicago Theatre --- and, just a smidge further, Millennium Park, the Museum Campus, the Art Institute of Chicago and the former Sears Tower, now known as Willis Tower. What you can’t walk to you can reach by the “L,” as the subway is right outside the hotel’s entrance, ready to take you south to Chinatown or north to Wrigley Field. All of the city’s best restaurants are a short walk or taxi ride away. Of course, all this convenience comes at a price. Fortunately for travelers, that price is extremely reasonable, especially when you consider the on-site amenities, which include complimentary wireless Internet access, adjustable-firmness pillowtop mattresses, in-room MP3 adapters, an indoor pool and hot tub, and a 24-hour fitness center.
