A true escape in a quiet valley just south of Glenwood Springs.
Originally homesteaded in 1885, this award-winning B&B consists of a main house and two private cabins. Rustic elegance abounds, particularly in the communal living room, with its large rock fireplace. The two rooms in the house share a bath, while each of the cabins has a private bath and full kitchen. The cabins also have separate bedrooms and double futon sofa beds, sleeping up to four. The B&B offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful scenery---the sunroom overlooks a creek, and the well-tended gardens are filled with flowers and herbs. As well, nearby aspen groves are great for wildlife watching. Along with the accommodations, the property contains the old Four Mile Ranch bunkhouse; it has been converted into the Bunkhouse Mercantile, offering a fun selection of folk art, garden products and collectibles.
