A truly theatrical hotel.
This hotel resides in the 1911 Denver Tramway Building right across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Center. Elaborately framed theater costumes hang in the high-ceilinged lobby, while the in-hotel restaurant, Prima, caters to the theater crowds. The 110 rooms and suites have twelve-foot ceilings and are decorated in soft shades of gold or sage with plush luxury bedding. The sheets and towels are by Frette, and there are cascade rain showers as well as Indonesian marble and sandstone finishes on the baths. Each room has a view --- some of the Rocky Mountains, others of downtown Denver. Guests enjoy 24-hour room service, complimentary high-speed Internet and local car service for shopping or sightseeing. The concierge is able to (seemingly) magically get tickets to sold-out theater or sporting events if you ask nicely.
