Two towers connected by a street overpass form one of the city's largest hotels.
Tabernacle, Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, World Congress Center and CNN Center all are within walking distance of this large hotel. South Tower, the older portion, holds 470 rooms, but offers the larger lobby. Upholstered seating in small groupings enables small group post-meeting conferences. From the rooms, which were renovated with new soft goods in 2013, views overlook Centennial Olympic Park or the downtown skyline. Décor is a blend of contemporary style, with earth tones punctuated by seafoam green accents. Sea life-themed artwork references the nearby Georgia Aquarium. Suites feature large living and dining areas with wet bars and refreshment centers. The newer North Tower offers 600 rooms, but has a smaller lobby. The hotel's main restaurant, Prime Meridian, serves Southern-influenced fare in an open-kitchen atmosphere, and more casual dining is available at Latitudes Bistro and Lounge. Morsel's provides light bites from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The hotel offers daily rates for the Turner Athletic Club. As well, visitors may work out in the privacy of their own Get Fit Guest Room furnished with a Get Fit Kit (available upon request for $14.95). The hotel is pet friendly, with a 25-pound limit and fee of $50. A shuttle is available by prior arrangement to take guests to nearby destinations.
