A sleek boutique hotel from chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro.
One of Las Vegas's most anticipated hotels, Nobu Caesars Palace marked the beginning of Nobu Matsuhisa's hotel empire, when his first lodging opened as a hotel within a hotel at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The hotel features 181 Zen-beautiful guest rooms and suites designed by David Rockwell. The eighteen lavish suites are entitled Hakone, Sake and Nobu Penthouse Suites, and include, variously, bar areas, dining rooms, billiards tables and master bedrooms. The pièce de résistance is a 10,000-square-foot-plus, three-bedroom villa at the top of the tower. Boasting a robatayaki grill, Zen garden and Japanese-inspired onsen tub, it can be rented as private accommodation or an event space. The hotel offers guests all the benefits of its parent property, Caesars Palace, and its highlight --- no surprise --- is the on-site Nobu. One of the most exciting aspects of this restaurant is an unprecedented hotel dining concept: guests can order their favorite Nobu dishes right from their rooms. From a Vegas bento box to lobster ceviche, room service takes on a whole new meaning. As for Caesars Palace highlights, make sure not to miss the Garden of the Gods pool complex.
