Fresh style and eco-friendly policies in a beloved historic hotel.

This unique property, built by Conrad Hilton in the 1930s and most recently known as La Posada de Albuquerque, enjoys a Mediterranean vibe, with Moroccan and Spanish colonial influences incorporated into the design. Overall, the historic integrity of the hotel has been preserved, while modern technology and environmental sustainability have been introduced throughout. The 107 guest rooms and suites feature eco-friendly furnishings combined with natural earth tones and wonderful arches in the doorways. Hotel amenities include rooftop Ibiza lounge, the Living Room with six private "casbah" areas and Lucia restaurant serving an innovative international menu. You can further enjoy the hotel's Latin spirit with regularly scheduled performances by QTango Dance Orchestra in the Casablanca lounge, with a reasonably priced prix fixe menu of Argentinian dishes. Six thousand square feet of event space includes attractive patios. An on-site cultural center can assist in planning visits to Old Town, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and the nearby Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. History buffs will enjoy the hotel's own storied past: guests have included Gregory Peck, Lyndon B. Johnson and James Stewart, and Conrad himself held the celebration of his engagement to Zsa Zsa Gabor here.
