This contemporary, extended-stay property north of Santa Fe is a great base for exploring Los Alamos and Pojoaque Pueblo.
This adobe-style three-story gem, opened by Hilton in 2005, lies within view of the impressive Towa Golf Course Resort at Pojoaqueu Pueblo, about a 20-minute drive north of downtown Santa Fe. Other attractions at the pueblo include the Cities of Gold Casino and the Poeh Cultural Center and Museum, which contains excellent exhibits on local artwork. The hotel is perfect if you want to be near Santa Fe or even Taos (which is just under an hour north) but in a setting far from touristy crowds, with beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the east, and the Jemez Mountains to the west. The 79-unit, all-suite hotel is nicely equipped with an on-site convenience store, coin laundry, and excellent recreational facilities, including 27 holes of golf with a driving range and putting green. Each suite has a separate sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, two TVs (including one with a VCR), and Wi-Fi. Some units have fireplaces. In addition to the complimentary breakfast, and evening cocktail reception is held Monday through Thursday nights.
