Pearl Street Inn
A red brick Victorian in the heart of Boulder's historic district.
Located just three blocks east of Boulder’s pedestrian mall, this inn was a small private residence until it was tastefully added onto in 1985 and turned into a B&B. Then, just before the turn of the millennium, it went through a complete renovation and updating that included new paint, carpeting and bed-coverings. The eight individually decorated guest rooms look out onto the central courtyard garden, and have wood-burning fireplaces and private baths. Each room also comes with terry robes, cable TV and a phone. A gourmet, three-course breakfast is served daily, in the courtyard weather permitting. Afternoons, guests enjoy wine and homemade pastries or an assortment of artisanal cheeses. The inn is popular for its proximity to the University of Colorado and the mountains.
