A delightful Arts and Crafts-style home turned into a charming B&B.
Completed in 1910, this charming Oak Lawn home was once the residence of world-renowned opera soprano Daisy Polk who enjoyed great fame in the 1920s. Lovingly restored and filled with era-appropriate furnishings, rooms in the main house and adjoining property feature either en suite or hallway bathrooms. The inn is very close to the Love Field airport and is also a block from the epicenter of the Dallas LGBT community. On weekend nights, nearby bars and clubs can produce considerable noise, but the businesses do try to keep things as peaceful as possible for their residential neighbors. Breakfast here is easily the highlight of every visitor's stay with gourmet selections that will not soon be forgotten.
