With Three Musketeers

After getting a food shopping lesson at the famous Wednesday Santa Monica Farmers’ Market by chef William Bradley, we decided to pose at the Viceroy hotel. Chefs Chris Crary and Tony DiSalvo greeted us at the door.

This time there were only three musketeers, not to defend me but to carry high the torch of fine and good cuisine: Chris Crary, chef de cuisine at Whist at the Viceroy, and who we have seen on season 9 of the TV show Top Chef; William Bradley, of the Addison restaurant at The Grand del Mar, a GAYOT.com Top 40 Restaurants in the US; and Tony DiSalvo, executive chef at the Viceroy.
