Brody House

With its rustic-bohemian beauty, this small hotel provides a unique cultural immersion.

With each of the 11 guest rooms at this hotel named after the artist whose work inhabits it, there's no question that this property exudes a creative spirit — in fact, some of the rooms were formerly studios. The building dates back to 1896, and was a private residence hosting dinner parties and cultural salons before the owners converted it into a hotel in 2009. The rooms are works of art in and of themselves, with recycled pieces transformed into furnishings, and also used for intriguing wall coverings and accent pieces. The hotel is a quick walk to the Hungarian National Museum.
