Simple luxury in Soho House's West London boutique outpost.
Another sibling in the trendy Soho House Group, this laid-back West London hotel and members' club feels just as exclusive and homey as its sisters. As with the rest of the group's "experiential" boutique hotels, High Road House is not just about the rooms, but the public areas too. Fourteen accommodations sized Tiny, Small and Playroom feel like bedrooms in a cozy, stylish home. White walls and ceilings fitted with soft spotlights and block pastel bedspreads make the spaces light and airy. Playrooms have the added bonus of a big bathtub right in the room, stocked with full-size bottles of Cowshed goodies. Pegs along the walls replace cupboard space, and extras for all include flat-screen TVs, a couple of comfy chairs and overhead reading lamps. Guests get just what they need and nothing more, in the hope that they will explore other areas of the club, exclusive to members and guests. You can watch TV in the Playground, or head to the Games Room for table football, cards and board games. Alternatively, buzzing Chiswick High Street is filled with numerous restaurants and bars.
