A touch of rural France in the heart of wine country.
Surrounded by verdant lawns and lavish gardens, this five-room bed-and-breakfast looks as if it had been lifted out of the French countryside. The setting is bucolic, nestled between vineyards that seem to stretch forever. The style of the rooms also invokes Europe, with décor that is reminiscent of a French Provençal guest house. All rooms have private bathrooms, individual balconies and fireplaces that are lit during cooler months to welcome your arrival. Four of the rooms feature knotty pine ceilings and Laura Ashley wall coverings. The fifth is more contemporary, with white walls and fun touches such as a bright-blue stuffed armchair. A full breakfast is served in the light-filled dining room; signature dishes include oatmeal bruleé. The Oleander boasts a large hot tub and picnic area out back, both of which are surrounded by trees. The inn is within easy driving distance to a number of Napa Valley's finest wineries.
