A Disney timeshare in a beach community.
Located a two-hour drive from Orlando, this beachfront property is actually a timeshare bedroom community. Still, it serves quite well as an amenity-heavy standalone resort if you choose to simply rent by the night. The community of Vero Beach fronts about 26 miles sand, and the resort features its own family-oriented water and sports-based activities. Miniature golf, turtle walks and manatee watching are a few of the possibilities. The property houses 161 rooms on 71 acres. Because it's a timeshare-cum-hotel, its rooms all have kitchens equipped with every necessity, including microwaves and toasters. Most of the villas also have private balconies or porches. The public spaces are elaborate with fantasy décor that does the Disney name proud. A waterslide glides over a lagoon-shaped swimming pool. Disney character breakfasts are available by pre-arrangement. You can even join in a nightly campfire, complete with marshmallows and s'mores.
