Built in 1910 by developer Perry Snell, this historic inn later served as the private residence of Stella and Aymer Vinoy Laughner, the namesakes of Gene Elliot’s Vinoy Hotel that still stands across the street and is one of St. Petersburg’s most recognizable landmarks.
