Perrin Guest House Inn

208 LaFayertte Dr. (Washington Rd.) Augusta GA

An oasis of tranquility at the heart of an old plantation.

In 1863 The Perrin Place was a cotton plantation. Today, most of its land has become The Augusta National, home of the Master's Golf Tournament. A three-acre parcel of the original property hosts a bed-and-breakfast inn built in the late twentieth century to accommodate ten guest suites fitted with fine modern amenities. Fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, period-style furnishings and period antiques grace the rooms and public spaces. Nestled within a lush natural environment, the inn offers front porches with rocking chairs and grounds that invite exploration. Popular for weddings and romantic getaways as well as corporate retreats, the inn serves a substantial breakfast buffet to its guests each morning. Only a short distance from the Augusta National, it lies just off busy Washington Road and is convenient to I-20.
