Linekin Bay Resort

92 Wall Point Rd. (Lobster Cove Rd.) Boothbay Harbor ME

A New England resort that offers stunning scenery and a wealth of water sports.

Linekin Bay is the last remaining all-inclusive sailing resort on the New England coastline. Guests here tend to spend their time on the water sailing, kayaking and canoeing. Sitting on 20 beachfront acres, the resort is a one-mile jaunt from the charming shops and restaurants of Boothbay Harbor. An oceanfront saltwater pool invites visitors to take a dip; a fishing pier and tennis courts provide additional reasons to get outside and savor the fresh Maine air. Guests can take their pick from rustic accommodations within five lodges and 35 cabins, many updated in 2010 with nautical décor and all featuring views of the bay, water or woods. Wi-Fi is available, but be forewarned, there are no in-room phones or televisions. This is a place to switch off and soak up the peaceful atmosphere. For entertainment, the resort offers nightly movie screenings, a library and board games. As part of every package, the farm-to-table dining program (including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options) keeps guests well fed and showcases the flavors of New England’s fisheries, farms and markets.
