A colonial mansion that offers plenty of charm and amenities.
This inn is housed in a 200-year-old colonial mansion. Ornate Oriental rugs cover wood floors, and common spaces range from the rooftop deck to the porch. In the cooler seasons, the living and dining rooms are lit and heated by beautiful fireplaces. Décor follows the colonial motif of the architecture. In the rooms you'll find sleigh beds, private fireplaces, antique furniture and wall hangings dating back to the eighteenth century. Most rooms have private baths. Breakfast is served in a lovely courtyard garden during the warmer months; breakfast in bed is always another option. The inn features free parking and bike racks, depending on which mode of transportation you choose to use. The property is in an excellent location for access to the galleries and shops of downtown Provincetown. Other perks include complimentary afternoon tea, wireless Internet access, a DVD library and use of beach towels.
