Old-fashioned ambiance near a rain forest.
This comfortable, historic farmhouse sits on an acre of ground landscaped with mature trees. Tourists use it as a base for exploring the Hoh Rainforest and ocean beaches. It’s popular with fishermen in the fall and winter. Guests can easily walk into Forks for shopping or dining. The inn has eight individually decorated rooms, all with private baths and either queen or king beds. The furniture matches the casual atmosphere. Some of the rooms have views of surrounding pasture land and hillsides. One of the largest rooms, the Elk View, has a sitting room, two-person jetted tub and a gas fireplace---it is named for its occasional view of the mountain elk that graze in the area.
