The French Laundry, chef-proprietor Thomas Keller’s iconic Yountville destination, attracts epicurean pilgrims from around the globe. The famed "Oysters and Pearls," "sabayon" of pearl tapioca with Island Creek oysters and white sturgeon caviar, is just the beginning of a meal that will long linger in memory.

Keller is the only U.S. chef to have two restaurants featured on GAYOT's Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S., with GAYOT's highest rating of 19 out of 20 for both of them (the other being New York's Per Se).
