Sparkling city views and Prime steaks are the obvious enticements of La Boucherie on 71 in downtown LA. However, we were also won over by chef Alessandro Serni’s starter "Oysters & Foie," featuring raw oysters in their shells swimming in a foie gras soup topped with a balsamic-infused strawberry.
