At Spare Tire Kitchen & Tavern in Los Angeles, chef Isaias Peña serves a decadent "surf & turf" burger, presenting a brisket and short rib blend topped with juicy lobster, Stilton cheese, tomato, wilted spinach and white truffle aïoli on a buttermilk brioche bun. It's more expensive than its beefy brethren, but worth it.
