Offering the cuisine of Brazil in Seattle’s University District since 1999, Tempero Do Brasil turns out a menu that begins with bacalhau and ends with flan or passion fruit mousse. In between there’s moqueca, the seafood stew, and vegetarian, meat and poultry options. The country’s national dish, feijoada, is a mainstay. Libations extend the theme with a caipirinha and cafezinho (Brazilian coffee). Beer and wine are available, too.
