Experience the rhythm and beauty of the performing arts of South Korea.
This theater is centrally located just around the corner from Deoksugung (also know as Deoksu Palace) and puts on performances of traditional music, singing and dancing. Popular shows here run for as long as Andrew Lloyd-Webber musicals on Broadway. Lively farmer percussion groups, ribbon dances, pansori solo opera, shamanic dances and drumming are usually part of the performances.
The shows target foreign visitors and English sub-titles appear on a screen. The venue contains 282 seats, and has an outdoor courtyard, art store and restaurants.
