Chinatown dates back to the 1860s and still keeps many Asian traditions alive.
In Chinatown you'll find a small collection of food, housewares, and trinket shops. While much less bustling than most big-city Chinatowns, it's also much cleaner, and boasts a relatively large Vietnamese community because of the country's historical connection with France. Traditional festivals also continue to be celebrated here.
