Plaza de Cisneros

A beacon of light in the city of Medellín.

The forest of light poles at Plaza de Cisneros

Located in the heart of the city, the Plaza de Cisneros borders some beautiful buildings from the 1920s. It is named after Cuban engineer Francisco Javier Cisneros. At night it is illuminated and covered with a bamboo forest dotted with spiraling towers adjacent to the avant-garde designed library.
