O‘o Farms

The farm is a partnership with two Maui restaurants providing farm-to-table meals.

Fresh produce from O‘o Farms

The farm is owned in part by executive chef James McDonald of Lahaina's Pacific'O restaurant, and The Feast at Lele dinner show. O'o is the only farm in the State of Hawaii with the sole purpose of providing fresh produce to the owners' restaurants.

O'o Farms harvests almost 500 pounds of product each week. Visitors are welcome to tour the more than eight acres, where they can harvest their own lunches from dozens of varieties of salad greens, vegetables, citrus, stone fruits and berries. With the gourmet lunch and farm tour the lunch is prepared by chef Daniel Eskelsen while the new "seed to cup" coffee and breakfast tour includes a session on the roasting process followed by a meal prepared with ingredients fresh from the garden (including edible flowers) and, of course, their freshly brewed Aina coffee. Both tours are available for $58 per person.
