Willis Tower

A visit to Chicago is not complete without going up the second-tallest building in the U.S. and the 16th tallest in the world.

Climb up 108 floors at The Willis Tower, formerly named Sears Tower.

Formerly the Sears Tower, this impressive structure is 108 stories tall (1,450 feet) and when it was completed in 1973, held the title as tallest building in the world for 25 years after.

Visitors to Chicago should check out the Skydeck located on the 103rd floor. There are interactive exhibits and The Ledge — a glass balcony that extends four feet from the building offering breathtaking views of the city ... if you're not afraid of heights.
