The New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum
Artifacts, pictures, altars, paintings and dolls related to the voodoo tradition and Marie Laveau are on display.
At Dumaine Street, peek into The New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum. Although it inhabits a small space of just two rooms, it contains fascinating Voodoo artifacts and altar displays. Learn the origins of New Orleans Voodoo and take home souvenirs, such as books, candles or a Voodoo coffin kit. The museum also hosts haunted cemetery walking tours and offers readings performed by the in-house Voodoo priest.
