In Centennial Park, you’ll come up on a unique landmark: The Parthenon. It is the only full-scale reproduction of the famed Greek temple. Created as an art building for Tennessee's Centennial celebration in 1897, today it houses not only a 42-foot Athena statue, but also an art museum.
