This spa has treatments for everyone, from moms to couples.
The Island Spa at Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa offers traditional treatments, such as facials and massages, but the real highlight of the facility is that it contains Ireland's first seawater spa. The Seawater Therapy Pool features underwater jets and counter currents, plus ocean water is pumped into it daily. The temperature of the water is maintained at 31 degrees, which allows the body's pores to open and absorb beneficial nutrients from the sea water.
The Island Spa a has a variety of seawater and sea mud based therapies that have been created in partnership with spa care brand Les Luneides in Paris. From the Algae Leg Wrap to the Seawater Massage Bath to pain relief therapy with algae, you'll feel revived with the spa's Thalassotherapy treatments.
