A spa housed in a historic building.
If it weren't for the "bangz" sign placed over the entrance, one would think the structure housed a museum or church. That's because the building has plenty of history behind it dating back to 1889. To preserve the architecture, the original brickwork, stained glass and pews have been carefully restored to their original splendor. Since 2006, the space has been a sanctuary for relaxation and beautification.
Offering the full gamut of services, from facials, to blow-outs to cosmetics, the spa is also invested in its employees' training as is evident by BangZ Academy. The students, referred to as Academy Apprentices, are guided by the BangZ Design Team and complete an in-house and off-site training program. BangZ's dedication to its staff's education assures clients they're in good hands. As if that alone isn't enough to recommend this spa and salon, the establishment is also eco-friendly with bamboo floors made using 100% recycled rubber; radiant heat that keeps tile floors warm and reduces energy footprint, and 50,000 hour bulbs that are only replaced once every five years, just to name a few.
