Basem
Wasef’s passion for cars and motorcycles has led
to contributions in publications including DUB, Rides,
and Robb Report. He has had two books published by Motorbooks,
International; Legendary Race Cars and Legendary
Motorcycles. A self-professed speed junkie, he has
competed in SCCA autocross events and graduated from
programs including the Skip Barber Racing School, the
Porsche Driving Experience, and Freddie Spencer’s
High Performance Riding School.
In
addition to his print and internet journalism, Basem
has also produced video content for Edmunds.com, Speed
Channel, and Spike TV.
