Chef David Kinch's weapons of molecular gastronomy intersect with an au naturel cooking affinity providing a unique paradox, one we enjoy contemplating. Kinch harnesses the bounty hewn from his backyard biodynamic gardens in conjunction with nearby Love Apple Farm's Cynthia Sandberg. This has become the superstructure from which Kinch's Catalan and French cuisine is created. We're blown away by the complex farm-to-table dining experience lavished in colorful regalia.
