Keller's Per Se also holds a spot on our list with our highest possible rating. This year, Keller announced he's expanding his Bouchon line to Los Angeles. Meanwhile in Yountville, Keller's plans to develop a small inn are underway. But Keller keeps his intense and keen manner cool, and his cardinal restaurant continues to marvel, never sacrificing quality for quantity.
