Patrick O'Connell just celebrated the 30th anniversary of The Inn at Little Washington. He's come a long way since his original menu: trout amandine, frogs' legs Niçoise, and a roast chicken with tarragon and green beans, all for $4.95! In fact, this dining destination enchants with its European country charm and its total focus on regional ingredients. And O'Connell plays innkeeper and host just as well as he does chef. But in the kitchen, the freshest and simplest ingredients transform into fantastical creations that are as theatrical as O'Connell himself.
