Life imitates art—or is the other way around? We don't find it clichéd to draw an analogy between the museum in which this restaurant is housed and Gabriel Kreuther's cooking, where masterpieces flow from the Alsace-born chef's hand. Served in a sun-lit and sophisticated Bauhaus-inspired dining room, Midtown has never felt more fashionable. Kreuther's Euro-stylings and training prove why he's the perfect chef-architect to carry out The Modern's haute couture vision in the dining room.
