Splichal's success prospered, even after Patina's relocation in 2003 to one of the city's biggest architectural and cultural attractions, Walt Disney Concert Hall. A stalwart in all senses, this downtown dining institution is known just as much for sensational Cal-French food as it is for exemplary service and one of the best cheese carts in the city.
