Joël Robuchon is considered the most influential French chef of the modern era, and presciently named “Chef of the Century” by Gault Millau over two decades ago. With restaurants spanning Paris, London and Tokyo, he came out of retirement in 2006 to open his eponymous restaurant in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, which quickly became the sine qua non of critics — and one of the top American destinations for dazzling service and authentic French cuisine.
