Finding the genuine article in Las Vegas is a Sisyphean challenge, but it’s a fait accompli at Picasso. Here original Picasso oil paintings adorn the walls, and chef Julian Serrano riffs on the famous artist’s predilection for Spain and the South of France in robust, dramatic cooking. Unlike the many star chefs that hang out a shingle in Vegas, Serrano himself does the cooking in the restaurant’s kitchen, with attention to his cuisine as fine as any master’s brushstroke.
